Polymer artist Rachel Carren explores this medium in richly colored and patterned brooches. Along with a studio practice, Carren is also an art historian where she takes much of her inspiration from great works of art. Her Sebo brooches are a series of abstract floral forms created in polymer, making them both lightweight and very easy to wear.
