Randall Darwall - Summer + Winter Weave Scarf in Green and Red

Randall Darwall (1948-2017) was a master colorist and one of America's most important weavers of handmade cloth. His hallmark is an extraordinarily refined aesthetic in which he blends and changes colors with the sensibility of a painter. Darwall's scarves and shawls fit as comfortably on gallery walls as they do on the shoulders of the wearer. Randall Darwall’s weavings are in the permanent collections of the New York City’s Museum of Art and Design; Philadelphia Museum of Art; Fuller Craft Museum; Renwick Gallery of the Smithsonian American Art Museum; and Racine Art Museum. A lifelong work of art, each one is unique and beautiful.

This lovely silk scarf is in shades of greens with a central panel of purples, reds, and blues and over 50 hand dyed hues which gives you the ability to pair this wide scarf with almost any article of clothing.
