Shipping and Returns
Currently we offer Standard Ground Shipping based on the total amount of the order. Typically we ship via United States Postal Service or UPS, whichever is most efficient.
Please allow 7-10 days for delivery. We will contact you in the event of a delay.
Shipments go out Monday - Friday. Orders received at RAM before 12:00 pm will ship the same day, orders received after 12:00 pm will ship the next business day. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays.
Each order can only be shipped to one address. If you have multiple items going to different addresses, please order separately.
Oversize items may require additional shipping and handling. You will be contacted if the shipping rate needs to be adjusted.

Some products can be shipped to international addresses. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and its destination. Please contact the Museum Store at 262.638.8200 for an international shipping quote.
Recipient is responsible for all applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or Value Added Tax (VAT), which is collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
Please call the Museum Store at 262.638.8300 before returning any merchandise. All merchandise must be unused, in original condition, original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.
Returns for full refund are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Returns for exchange or Museum Store credit are accepted after 14 days but within 30 days of purchase. No returns or exchanges after 30 days from purchase.
Shipping, insurance, gift wrap, and handling charges are non-refundable. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

Dale Chihuly artwork
Merchandise Damaged in Transit
Please notify us immediately at 262.638.8300. Claims must be made within 3 business days of receipt of shipment. Damaged merchandise must remain in the original packaging. Your email order confirmation must be included with return. Replacement merchandise will be sent or credit given once the return is received.
