Alex Mandli together with Marcelo Ginestel of Pampa Mia Argentian Cuisine, both of Racine, have created these delightful clay empanadas just like the real ones that were served at RAM's SAVOUR 2019 fundraising event! Each empanada was hand-formed with Marcelo’s help but bear the remarkable smooth surface and saggar firing technique that Alex is known for. No two are alike. Let us pick a nice one or a pair for you - but don’t’ serve them for dinner!
