Arline Fisch: Exhibition Catalogue

Bringing her work to a grand scale, RAM commissioned this internationally known jewelry artist to showcase her use of knitting and crocheting techniques to create larger-than-life sea creatures from wire. This 8-page catalogue features full-color images of the street-side aquarium of jellyfish sculptures within the exhibition Arline Fisch: Creatures from the Deep, which spanned nearly 80 feet across in RAM's Windows of Fifth Gallery. 

Starting the San Diego State University metalsmithing program and teaching there for more than 40 years, Fisch has influenced hundreds of jewelers who studied under her. This catalogue includes an essay on the significance of Fisch's work to the field and follows her career development.
